1. Nature of the service
Daxigua provides technical, regulatory and economic vehicle consultancy. It does not sell databases. Where included in the contract, it may deliver a downloadable response with verified official EPC data and the assigned legal documentation.
2. Accepted vehicles
Only vehicles produced in 2016 or later are accepted. Daxigua may reject cases with insufficient information or signs of legal non-viability.
3. Online delivery
The service is delivered through server queries, temporary Map2VIN Search remote-desktop access and, where applicable, supervised UNNO access. Human support may be available during GMT-7/GMT-6 hours, depending on the season.
4. Personal access
The link, user account and credentials are personal, temporary and non-transferable. Sharing them or allowing third-party access is prohibited.
5. Restrictions
Downloading, exporting, bulk copying, screen recording, automated extraction, disabling controls or attempting to access other system areas is prohibited, except for the final response and legal documentation expressly assigned to the contract.
6. Duration
The schedule is communicated by email. Time begins under the access instructions. The 6H MAX session provides a flexible window capped at six hours.
7. Client information
The client must provide accurate data and have authority to use the supplied documents. Errors or omissions may affect results.
8. Estimates
Margins, taxes, costs and requirements are estimates based on available information. Profit, import approval, homologation and registration are not guaranteed.
9. China and restricted markets
China-bound and other restricted-market cases are subject to prior screening. Daxigua may reject the service if the vehicle or import channel is not eligible.
10. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed through Whop. After confirmation and request validation, instructions are sent to the buyer's email. Downloadable deliverables are limited to the final response and the legal documentation linked to the purchased contract.
11. Suspension
Daxigua may close access in cases of misuse, shared credentials, unauthorised extraction, fraud or illegal activity.
12. Liability
The final decision belongs to the client and competent authorities. Daxigua is not responsible for later market, tax, inspection or administrative changes.
