UAE
Vehicles from the United Arab Emirates
- VIN, listing, photographs and original-market specification.
- Vehicle ownership or registration document and owner details.
- Invoice or sale agreement; if the seller is absent, an agreement issued by an authorised showroom may be required.
- Export Certificate from the relevant emirate's traffic authority.
- Vehicle Clearance Certificate when available, to check fines, finance or restrictions.
- Technical inspection where registration is expired, the vehicle is unregistered or export plates are requested.
- Exit method, carrier or shipping-agent details, transport quote and available customs documentation.
DE
Vehicles from Germany
- VIN, listing and complete seller details.
- Invoice or purchase agreement.
- Original Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil I and Teil II.
- European Certificate of Conformity (CoC) or type-approval data where available.
- Valid HU/TÜV inspection report and relevant maintenance documents.
- Insurance and export registration plates if the vehicle is driven to destination.
- Export customs declaration for destinations outside the European Union and transport documents when shipped by truck or sea.
Homologation warnings
Buying the vehicle does not guarantee that it can be registered.
Spain
Vehicles arriving from outside the EU pass through Customs and must prove technical conformity to obtain a Spanish ITV technical card. The absence of a European CoC, EU type approval or compatible emissions data may require a reduced technical report, modifications or individual approval. GCC- or US-spec vehicles may not be registrable without adaptation.
Portugal
Regularisation may require a DAV, foreign registration certificate, invoice or sale declaration, CoC or homologation number, transport document and verifiable CO₂ data. Third-country vehicles may be subject to customs duties, VAT and ISV. If homologation fields K and D.2 are missing, IMT may require a CoC or an additional procedure.
Daxigua provides a preliminary, informational assessment. The final decision belongs to ITV, DGT, IMT, Customs and the other competent authorities.

Special screening for China
China-bound cases are screened before an order is accepted. Parallel import requires authorised companies and channels, technical conformity, certification and customs documentation. Official rules restrict the import of used vehicles; Daxigua therefore does not presume eligibility and may reject an analysis where the transaction is not viable.

Can I download the documents?
Only when included in the contract. In that case, the final downloadable response and assigned legal documentation are delivered; databases are not delivered and unauthorised extraction is prohibited.
Which vehicles are accepted?
Vehicles with a production date of 2016 or later. Vehicles produced before 2016 are not accepted.
Is the profit margin guaranteed?
No. It is an estimate based on available data, supplied costs and current regulatory and market conditions.
When does the purchased time begin?
The schedule is stated by email. The timer begins under the access-message conditions, not necessarily at the moment of payment.
Can I share the link?
No. The link and credentials are personal, temporary and non-transferable.
