1. Controller and contact
Daxigua manages the data needed to provide the service. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@daxigua.net.
2. Data processed
We may process contact and billing data, VINs, listings, photographs, vehicle documents, origin and destination countries, purchase price and required technical data.
3. Purpose
Data is used to manage payment, validate the request, provide the temporary link, perform the analysis, support the client, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
4. Remote access
The client receives a unique, time-limited link to the Map2VIN Search remote desktop. Credentials are personal and non-transferable.
5. Online viewing only
Documents are displayed online inside the authorised environment. No database download, export or delivery is provided. Recording, bulk copying and bypassing controls are prohibited.
6. Retention
Operational vehicle files are deleted when no longer needed. Payment, invoicing, support, security and claims records may be retained for applicable legal periods.
7. Providers
Whop and its providers process data needed for payment. Technical providers may process limited information where required to host, protect or deliver the service.
8. Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by writing to info@daxigua.net.
9. Security
Reasonable access-control and data-minimisation measures are used. No system can guarantee absolute zero risk.
